About the Programme
The B.Des in Communication Design specialization empowers students to become creative visual storytellers, problem-solvers, and strategic thinkers. This program bridges design, media, culture, and technology to shape how messages are crafted and experienced across diverse platforms.
Through a multidisciplinary and human-centered approach, students learn to create compelling narratives and impactful visual communication that respond to real-world needs. The curriculum integrates key areas such as graphic design, typography, branding, user experience (UX), digital media, motion graphics, packaging, advertising, and information design.
This specialization places strong emphasis on conceptual thinking, research-driven design, and hands-on practice. Students are guided to develop their individual design voice while understanding the social, cultural, and ethical contexts of their work.
What Students Will Learn

composition
- Principles of communication, semiotics, and narrative structures

Eligibility
Class 12th with minimum 50% marks
Students with a CUET / SAT (DI Code - 71057 ) score will be given preference in the merit list
