3 YearsThe BCA – Cloud Computing & Virtualisation, offered in association with L&T EduTech, prepares students to build, deploy, manage, and secure modern cloud-based computing environments using advanced digital technologies. The programme combines the fundamentals of computer applications with specialised knowledge of Cloud Computing, Virtualisation, Cloud Infrastructure, Networking, DevOps, and emerging digital technologies, enabling students to address the growing demand for skilled professionals in the rapidly evolving cloud and IT industry.
Students gain practical exposure through industry-led training, live projects, laboratory sessions, and hands-on learning, working closely with L&T experts throughout the programme. Under dedicated industry mentorship, students get opportunities to work on real-world cloud computing and infrastructure-related problems and projects, giving them practical exposure alongside their academic learning. This close industry integration ensures that classroom concepts are continuously reinforced through hands-on problem-solving and guidance from experienced industry professionals.
On successful completion, students are awarded an industry certificate from L&T, validating their specialised training and enhancing their professional credibility. The programme also provides placement opportunities in the L&T Group and its partner companies, offering students a pathway towards careers in leading technology and IT organisations.
The programme equips graduates with the skills required for careers in Cloud Computing, Cloud Infrastructure, Virtualisation, DevOps, Cloud Administration, Cloud Support, and IT Infrastructure, while preparing them to meet the evolving technological requirements of the IT industry.
Programme Highlights
Minimum 50% marks aggregate at XII level (Including English & Maths / Computer Science / Informatics Practice / Computer Applications / Multimedia & Web).
Students with a CUET / SAT (DI Code - 71057 ) score will be given preference in the merit list
(for students having no Mathematics background compulsory bridge course will be framed by the University)
For Migration from Other Universities:
1) BCA (Hons/Hons with Research) Ist yr. minimum 50% marks or 5.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale
2) Minimum 50% marks aggregate at XII level (Including English & Maths / Computer Science / Informatics Practice / Computer Applications / Multimedia & Web)
