About the Programme

The Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) is an undergraduate programme designed to provide students with a strong foundation in application development, system analysis, and IT infrastructure management, making them well-prepared for careers in software development, IT services, and emerging technology fields. The programme is structured to meet industry demands by integrating core computing principles with modern technologies. Students develop expertise in. It aims to serve as a gateway to careers in software development, data analytics, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and artificial intelligence, or further studies such as MCA (Master of Computer Applications) and other advanced certifications. 

NOTE: For selected 3 Year Undergraduate programmes, you have the option to continue for 4th year to obtain an Honours with Research Degree.

Minimum 50% marks aggregate at XII level (Including English & Maths / Computer Science / Informatics Practice / Computer Applications / Multimedia & Web)

Students having CUET Score will be given preference in merit

For Migration from Other Universities:
1) BCA (Hons/Hons with Research) Computer Science Ist yr. minimum 50% marks or 5.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale
2) Minimum 50% marks aggregate at XII level (Including English & Maths / Computer Science / Informatics Practice / Computer Applications / Multimedia & Web)
