Ms. Ishani Vajpai is currently working as an Assistant Professor at the School of Business. She has over 2.5 years of industrial experience from her time at Infosys Ltd. and served as a Teaching Assistant for approximately 5.5 years while pursuing her Ph.D. at IIT Jodhpur. She is currently part of the Human Resource Division and has been associated with Galgotias University since July 2025. Ms. Vajpai comes from an interdisciplinary background spanning Engineering, Management, and Sociology, which has uniquely positioned her at the intersection of engineering education, managerial insight, and socio-organizational research. This work experience deepened her interest in pedagogy and helped her in understanding and contributing towards knowledge dissemination among undergraduates and postgraduate students. She is a strong advocate and practitioner of high ethical standards, both professionally and personally. Ms. Vajpai firmly believes that true education not only prepares students for professional success but also plays a vital role in shaping them into responsible and ethical individuals.
