Ms. Garima Yadav is currently associated with Galgotias University as an Assistant Professor of Law. She pursued her LL.M. from National Law University, Jodhpur, and completed her B.B.A. LL.B. at Mody University, Sikar, Rajasthan. She also cleared the UGC NET in the year 2018. With nearly three years of teaching experience, she has developed a strong interest in academic discourse and research, fostering a liberal and intellectually stimulating environment. Her primary academic interests include constitutional law, contract law, and corporate laws. In addition to her role in the law department, she contributes to the School of Business by conducting classes, integrating her diverse knowledge across these disciplines.

Her academic background and research-oriented approach have equipped her to excel as both a researcher and an educator. Her master’s dissertation focused on whistle-blowing mechanisms in corporate frauds in India. Additionally, she has taught subjects such as Contract Law and Constitutional Law, further showcasing her expertise in legal education.
