Dr. Anjum Abbasi is currently serving as an Associate Professor in the School of Nursing. She has over ten years of teaching experience in nursing education and has been associated with Galgotias University since 2020. She is a firm believer in productivity, efficiency, and excellence in academic and professional practice. Dr. Abbasi demonstrates a strong commitment to ethical values and consistently performs effectively in fast-paced and time-sensitive academic environments. As a passionate educator, she believes that teaching extends beyond conceptual understanding to fostering critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and the ability to evaluate alternative approaches to problem solving. Her pedagogical approach emphasizes holistic student development and lifelong learning. She has successfully convened and organized more than fifteen co-curricular and extracurricular activities over the past six years, contributing significantly to students’ professional and personal growth. In addition, she is actively serving as a member of the Departmental Quality Assurance Committee (DQAC), contributing to academic quality enhancement and institutional development.

Dr. Abbasi has also published more than 20 research papers in UGC ,google scholar & Peer reviewed journal and three research articles in Scopus-indexed journals,published 02 books and involve in chapter writing for various Nursing Subject.She also reflecting her active engagement in scholarly research and her commitment to advancing nursing education and practice.
