Since April 2023, Anamika has been involved in developing teaching curriculums, coordinating training programs, managing campus beautification, and overseeing newsletters in the Department of Journalism and Mass Communication.

From November 2020 to 2023, she served as a Soft Skills Trainer, focusing on enhancing students' interpersonal and communication abilities, helping them build career-ready skills.

Since 2020, Anamika has been training students globally in public speaking and creative writing, maintaining a 5-star rating for her excellent work in fostering confidence and creative expression.

Between 2018 and 2020, she held a multifaceted role involving teaching, curriculum development, serving as the Image Building Head, and conducting soft skills training. She was also responsible for coordinating training and placement activities.
