Mr. Ravi Pratap Singh

Assistant Professor

Mr. Ravi Pratap Singh is currently working as an Assistant Professor in the School of Computing Science and Engineering at Galgotias University, where he has been associated since 2025. He has submitted his Ph.D. thesis in Computer Science and Engineering at the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela, with specialization in machine learning, computer vision, and image processing. His research focuses on lightweight deep learning architectures for face anti-spoofing, and he has published several papers in reputed journals and conferences. A passionate teacher and researcher, he believes in nurturing critical thinking, problem-solving, and innovation among students while ensuring their overall development. Over the years, he has actively contributed to teaching, mentorship, and research guidance, along with participating in workshops, academic events, and peer-review activities. He strongly believes that teaching extends beyond the classroom to shaping responsible and skilled professionals for the future.
