Mr. Adil Hussain is a committed and academically driven Nursing Tutor at the School of Nursing, Galgotias University, with over two years of teaching experience and one year of clinical experience in hospital settings. He holds an M.Sc. Nursing in Mental Health Nursing and a B.Sc. Nursing, demonstrating strong academic performance and a keen interest in psychiatric and evidence-based nursing practice.
During his tenure at Galgotias University, Mr. Hussain has been actively involved in classroom teaching, clinical supervision, lesson planning, student evaluation, and mentoring undergraduate nursing students. His teaching philosophy emphasizes student-centered learning, critical thinking, and the integration of theory with clinical practice. Prior to his academic role, he worked as a Nursing Officer at MD City Hospital, where he gained valuable hands-on clinical experience in patient care, multidisciplinary collaboration, and clinical decision-making.
Mr. Hussain has made significant contributions to nursing research, with multiple publications in reputed national and international journals covering areas such as psychiatric nursing, medical-surgical nursing, maternal health, and mental health promotion. He is the author of the book Comprehensive First Aid Guide (2025) and holds a Government of India–registered patent for an IoT-based LED Screen Fetal Monitor CTG Machine, reflecting his interest in innovation and healthcare technology.
A recipient of the Teacher Excellence Award, he actively participates in faculty development programs, workshops, and conferences. His engagement in community service and NGO work further highlights his commitment to holistic nursing education and professional excellence.
