With over 23 years of experience in higher education management, strategic partnerships and communications, Mellissa Tawin is a seasoned professional dedicated to advancing teaching excellence, faculty development and institutional engagement. As Deputy Director, Strategic Partnerships and Internationalisation at the Institute for Pedagogical Innovation, Research and Excellence (InsPIRE), Nanyang Technological University, she leads initiatives that bridge academia and industry, foster international collaborations, and enhance educational policies and practices.
Mellissa has played a key role in developing and implementing university-wide frameworks on faculty awards, academic integrity, and teaching excellence.
