This Policy applies to all the stakeholders.

Purpose

To ensure equal employment rights for all employees, including those engaged in outsourcing arrangements.

Policy

Equal Treatment and Opportunities: All employees, whether directly hired or engaged through outsourcing, are treated equally in terms of employment opportunities, benefits, and working conditions.

Non-Discrimination: Within the University and among employees who are outsourced, GU firmly forbids discrimination on the grounds of race, colour, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, handicap, or any other protected status.

 Compliance with Labor Laws: The organization complies with all applicable local, national, and international labor laws and regulations, ensuring that outsourced personnel receive fair wages, benefits, and working conditions.

Monitoring and Auditing: Regular monitoring and auditing processes established to ensure that outsourcing partners comply with the equal employment rights policy and applicable labor standards.

Education and Training: GU provides education and training to both internal and outsourced personnel to raise awareness about equal employment rights, diversity, and inclusion.

Confidential Reporting Mechanism: Implement a confidential reporting mechanism, allowing employees, including outsourced personnel, to report any instances of discrimination or unfair treatment without fear of retaliation.

Responsibility of Outsourcing Partners: GU collaborates with outsourcing partners to ensure that they also adhere to the principles outlined in this policy.
