Introduction: Dr. Sidharth Srivastava is an alumnus of IHM Guwahati with over 16 years of experience, including prosperous industry and academic experience in Four Seasons Hotel Mumbai, Air India, Lovely Professional University, Ansal University & BCIHMCT IP University, New Delhi. He has a PhD in Hospitality Management from JECRC University Jaipur, a Master’s degree in Tourism Management, and cleared UGC NET in 2013. Besides contributing to research and academics, he has rendered his services in various capacities, such as Board of Studies Panellist, External Examiner, Curriculum Developer, and Practical Examinations Evaluator. He is a highly motivated, dynamic, and single-minded academician with a natural flair for connecting with young minds. He has participated in more than 60 FDPs and workshops to keep himself abreast with the recent trends and developments in the hospitality industry. He has presented several research papers at National, International Conferences and Seminars. Being an academician, his contribution to the body of knowledge can also be realized from his having around twenty research papers of national and international reputation to his credit.
