Dr. Ravi Bundela is a distinguished academician and legal expert specializing in Constitutional Law and Criminal Laws. With a robust academic foundation and extensive professional experience, Dr. Bundela is dedicated in advancing legal education and research.
He holds a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law from the prestigious National Law University, Delhi, and completed his Master’s in Law (LL.M.) from NALSAR University of Law, Hyderabad.
Dr. Bundela has made significant contributions to legal scholarship. He is the author of the book Liberty & Justice: Bail, Arrest, and Constitutional Rights in India, and has also contributed a chapter titled "A Flaw in Language of Sedition - Section 124A of the Indian Penal Code, 1860" to the book titled 'The Adjudicatory Implications in Criminal Cases'. He has published 7 international research papers in reputed journals, reflecting his deep engagement with legal issues of contemporary relevance.
Beyond academia, Dr. Bundela has enriched legal practice and policy. He has worked with Justice M.B. Shah of the Supreme Court of India on the Commission for Illegal Mining. He has also delivered guest lectures on New Criminal Laws to selected prosecution officers at Govt. of Bihar BIPARD.
Dr. Bundela has been a sought-after speaker at significant events. He delivered a lecture on Fundamental Duties as an eminent person during the 70 Years of the Indian Constitution in the celebration at ECGC Limited, Ministry of Commerce, Chennai. He also spoke on the Basic Structure of the Indian Constitution on the Constitution Day at the VISTAS School of Law, Chennai.
Dr. Bundela brings rich teaching experience, having previously served in premier law institutions such as CHRIST University, Bangalore, Gujarat National Law University (GNLU), and Nirma University.
Currently, Dr. Ravi Bundela is an Assistant Professor Grade-3 at the School of Law, Galgotias University, where he continues to inspire and mentor students through his expertise and dedication to the field of law.
