Dr. Ram Shankar Chaudhary

Assistant Professor

Dr. Ram Shankar Chaudhary is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at Galgotias University. His specializing in Differential Geometry, Poisson Geometry, and Contravariant Geometric Structures. He completed his Ph.D. in Mathematics from Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, under the supervision of Dr. Buddhadev Pal. 

His doctoral research focused on Poisson warped product manifolds, Ricci solitons, and curvature-related geometric structures. His research interests include Poisson and contravariant geometry, warped product manifolds, Einstein manifolds, geometric flows, reflected in his 05 publications in SCIE and Scopus-indexed journals.

He has worked as Guest lecturer at MMMUT, Gorakhpur. He has teaching experience of more than 1 year at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels, having taught Engineering Mathematics, Probability and Statistics, Numerical Analysis, and Mathematical Methods.

  • 2020-2025: Ph.D. in Mathematics – Banaras Hindu University (BHU), Varanasi, 
  • Thesis: “Study of some geometric flows on differentiable manifolds”
  • 2016-2018: M.Sc. in Mathematics – Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology, Allahabad
  • 2013-2016: B.Sc. in Mathematics – DDU Gorakhpur University, Gorakhpur.
