Dr. Rachna Gupta is currently working as Assistant Professor in School of Biomedical Sciences at Galgotias University, Gr. Noida, UP. She has received a Ph.D. degree in Food Science and Technology from National Institute of Food Technology, Entrepreneurship and Management, Kundli, (NIFTEM-K), Haryana. She has a total experience of 4 years in industrial, research and academics. She has a worked in diverse areas of food technology and has rich experience of working in R&D. Her research work areas are novel nonthermal technology, extraction technology of bioactive compounds and polymers. She has completed numerous courses/ FDP/ training/ workshops conducted by highly reputed organizations. She has presented her research work at several international and national conferences in India. She has published 7 research/review papers in reputed SCI/SCI-E/SCOPUS and peer-reviewed journals. She has published 2 book chapters and 4 magazine articles. She is a firm Believer of productivity and efficiency in work. She Exhibits an honest work ethic with the ability to excel in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment. She always put her efforts towards the overall developments of her students.
