Dr. Neha Bhatia is a dynamic academic leader and aviation professional with over 17 years of diverse experience spanning airline operations, corporate outreach, academic administration, and stakeholder management. Currently serving as Associate Professor (Aviation

Management) at Galgotias University, she has been instrumental in building strong industry- academia collaborations that enhance student employability and institutional visibility.

Prior to her academic career, Dr. Bhatia held a decade-long tenure with SpiceJet Airlines,

where she gained extensive operational, leadership, and customer engagement expertise. At Galgotias University, she has spearheaded partnerships with leading airlines, airports, and logistics organizations such as AAI, Indigo Airlines, and SpiceJet, facilitating internships, placements, workshops, and training programs. She actively organizes guest lectures, corporate bootcamps, and industry visits, bridging the gap between classroom learning and real-world applications.

An accomplished researcher, Dr. Bhatia has published extensively in reputed journals and
