She has a Ph.D. in management (HRM/OB), and is a NET-JRF and MBA (IIM-Raipur) qualified academician and researcher. She has diverse work experience in industry (KPMG & Cognizant) and academics (Assistant Professor in Department of Management at Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology, and teaching experience as a full-time Ph.D. scholar at Gautam Buddha University).
