Dr. Gunjan Gupta, a seasoned academician, With 17 years of dynamic teaching and academic administration experience, she is currently associated with Galgotias University as assistant professor (grade-2). Earlier worked with Daulat Ram College, University of Delhi. In this role, she was responsible for teaching, mentoring, curriculum development, career counseling, and administrative leadership. Prior to this, she worked as a computer faculty member at ITC Technosoft , Datapro Infoworld Pvt Ltd. Varanasi and visiting faculty at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith Varanasi. Dr. Gupta has published nine research papers in national and international journals, authored three e-chapters, and participated in over 15 conferences, webinars, and faculty development programs. She has also played significant administrative roles, including organizing paperless elections and leading extracurricular activities. Dr. Gupta is a lifetime member of the Indian Accounting Association, Delhi Chapter.
Her contributions include organizing and participating in more than 14 webinars, FDPs, and conferences on topics such as ICT tools, SPSS, and research methodology. She has also undertaken initiatives such as e-elections and skill enhancement workshops.
Her research focuses on environmental accounting, corporate social responsibility, and corporate governance. Some of her notable publications include studies on environmental accounting practices in India, gender perspectives on corporate social responsibility, and the environmental impact of the sugar industry. She has published in UGC-listed journals, gaining recognition for her work in environmental efficiency and corporate governance.
Administratively, Dr. Gupta has been an active member of NSS, debating societies, and cultural committees at Daulat Ram College. She has coordinated skill development
