Dr. Garima Singh is currently working as an Associate Professor in Department of Biomedical Sciences, School of Biosciences and Technology, Galgotias University. Dr. Garima is an accomplished academician with over 15 years of professional experience, including 12 years in teaching only. She holds a Ph.D. in Food & Nutrition from Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra. Her core expertise lies in Dietary Assessment, Nutritional Counselling, Food product formulation, Nutraceuticals & Sports Nutrition. She has made significant contributions to the discipline through numerous SCOPUS-indexed and UGC-CARE listed research publications, authorship of Nutrition-related Books, and contributions to Book chapters with leading international publishers such as CRC Press. Dr. Singh actively mentors Ph.D. scholars and has collaborated with leading industry organizations, including Yakult, Nestlé, and VLCC. Her academic and research excellence has been recognized with multiple best paper and poster awards at national and international conferences. Previously, she was associated with VLCC Health Care Ltd., New Delhi, and GD Goenka University, Gurugram, and continues to advance impactful research in the fields of Food Science, Dietetics, and Public Nutrition.
