Dr. Anshu Goel is currently working as Associate Professor Galgotias University Greater Noida. She is a strong proponent of andragogy as a prerequisite for developing educational leadership through efficient academic delivery. She has close to 20 years of work experience, over these years she has handled various roles that of a teacher, trainer, researcher, an academic administrator & leader. From being a classroom educator to mentoring the students and guiding them through projects, she has contributed excellence in teaching, research, consultancy, and projects. She is excited to learn and discover the opportunities offered by digital platforms with increasing focus on mobile platforms and technology. She has been instructor for several training programs Seminars, FDP, MDP And Workshops delivered to academic Institutions and corporates Infosys India Engineers Ltd (IEL), also taken up some government project as HR trainer at Women’s Polytechnique, HISAR Haryana.
