Dr. Amit Kumar Dashora is a dedicated, enthusiastic and methodical person. His key interest in human lead development at various tasks, he completed Post Graduation in Human Resource Management. Dr. Dashora is skilled in dealing with challenges in a resourceful manner and achieve beneficial goals. His areas of expertise are Human Resource Management, Organization Behaviour, Human Values and Ethics, Industrial Relations, Research Methodology and Strategic Management. Having varied experience of around 15 years in academia, he has worked enthusiastically with leading organisations with an aim to be an asset to these institutes. Apart from his continuous affiliation with various Institutes, he is also a trainer and consultant in Management. He managed and organised various national and international Conferences, Seminars, and Webinars etc. He has also been part of various academic events focused on the development of education and research. He is a life member of Indian Society for Training and Development and has also actively participated in development programmes of various bodies and organizations.

He has delivered more than 50 extensive lectures in many universities on various topics of his expertise. With an aim to take forward the development centric approach in the education at higher educational level, he has been working relentlessly for bringing up various dimensions of our rich educational culture. He has also taught in many refresher courses for university teachers in University of Delhi and BPS University Sonipat, Haryana.
