Dr. Alka Agnihotri is currently working as Professor -HR & OB  in School of Business , Galgotias Uniiversity, Greater Noida. She  has two decades of professional experience and has worked with prestigious universities and institutions like  Delhi University, IPU , Amity University and Institutes affiliated to Department of Training and Technical Education and  YMCA. She has published several research papers in scopus indexed journals ( with best paper award ) and conferences . Has written for journals and conferences associated with  prestigious publishers like IEEE ,Trasstellar , IGI,  etc.  She is driven to inspire the students to pursue academic and personal excellence. She has delivered many invited talks as keynote speaker and session chair at International & National Conferences/ Workshops/Seminars in inside and outside India.
