With over a decade of experience in aviation, Vaibhav is not only an accomplished pilot but also a recognised powerhouse in flight operations, strategy, and leadership. His impressive academic background includes an MBA from Toulouse Business School, France, an alumnus status from IIM-Bangalore, and a Law degree from Karnataka State Law University. This unique blend of qualifications makes him a maestro in both aviation and its complex operational and legal intricacies.
Vaibhav's diverse journey spans from the cockpit to the classroom, where he has honed extensive skills in Flight Operations, Airport & Airline Operations, Air & Defence Laws, Strategic Consulting, and Academic Administration. His true passion, however, lies in people development, a focus he cultivated while serving as a Flight Instructor. For several years, he has dedicated his efforts to empowering individuals and organizations across various industries to achieve their full potential.
Prior to joining Galgotias University, Vaibhav served as the Deputy Director (In-charge) of the School for Aviation and Aerospace Management at JAIN (Deemed-to-be University). In this capacity, he was instrumental in forging strategic partnerships, developing innovative content, and pioneering revolutionary training pedagogies, all aimed at shaping the next generation of aviation leaders.
