Ar. Kislaya Varma is a seasoned academician and design professional with over 18 years of versatile experience spanning architecture, interior design, retail environments, and immersive technologies. Currently serving as Professor at the School of Design, Galgotias University, he brings rich academic leadership and industry exposure to the role. Kislaya has held key academic positions including Associate Professor and Assistant Professor at Pearl Academy, where he played a pivotal role in curriculum development, faculty training, and digital learning initiatives. His industry collaborations include significant projects with Future Group, Bata India, and multiple government bodies such as the Ministry of External Affairs, BHEL, and HAL. His academic and research interests lie at the intersection of design pedagogy and emerging technologies like Virtual Reality (VR), Augmented Reality (AR), Mixed Reality (MR), and Extended Reality (XR). He is a certified expert in AI, machine learning, data analytics, and visualization tools such as Power BI and SQL, supporting his commitment to integrating digital intelligence with design education.

Kislaya is an Associate Member of the Indian Institute of Architects and the Council of Architecture. He has served on the Executive Committee of the Indian Institute of Architects, Haryana Chapter.
