Event Brief Description
The Training session for 1st year student 2024, was organized by Moot Court Society, School of Law, Galgotias University under the guidance of the faculty convenor, Mr. Rajat Dixit, co- convenor, Ms. Shreya Bajpayee along with the following guest lecturers Dr. Rupendra Singh followed by Mr. Shashank Shekhar and the student members, Prakhar Prajapati, President, Amit Mishra, Vice- President, Smriti, Head, Hospitality, Sahil, Head, Sponsorship and PR, Ojas, Head, Technical, and the other core members, and volunteers of moot court society.
It was a highly engaging event, featuring participation from the 1st year students, started by the introduction stated by Sahil Masood and Forwarded by the esteemed faculty-convenor of MCs Mr. Rajat Dixit. Later taken over by our esteemed guests Dr. Rupendra Singh followed by Mr. Shashank Shekhar.
The event provided an excellent platform for the 1ST year student which initially helped them to enhance their moot court skills and engage in stimulating legal discourse.
Detailed Description
The training session for the 1st year students 2024, organized by Moot Court Society, School of Law, Galgotias University witnessed an intense and intellectually stimulating event, drawing participation from the 1st year students. The training session organized over two days, allowed budding legal minds to learn and gain knowledge about the moot court norms, research, and drafting skills in a highly interactive and transforming environment.

INTRODUTION
- introduction of the skills needed for drafting.
- Fare good idea of law for drafting a good memorial
Object –
- Bringing parties to a definite issue, example explained from the law of contract through the concept of void agreement.
- Preventing surprise and miscarriage of judgment
- Avoid unnecessary trouble
- Not making unwanted argument which is not provided or mentioned in the memorial itself
