The London Chapter's cruise on the river Thames took place on June 10, 2023, aboard the luxurious party boat called "Capital Pleasure Boats" (CPBS) - Golden Flame. The event was a resounding success, featuring a range of amenities and activities such as Eagle Starter Canapés, Catering Flying Eagle's 3-course sit-down meal, CPBS DJs providing entertainment and a dance floor, microphones, a bar with drinks, balloon decorations, and professional photographers capturing both still and video images. A total of 68 alumni, along with their families, and 12 senior officials from GU gathered at Temple Pier, Victoria Embankment, London WC2R 2PN, at 11 AM (British Time). The event lasted for 5 hours, from 12:00 to 17:00 (British Summer Time), during which all guests boarded the boat and set sail promptly at 12 PM. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Honorable CEO Dhruv Galgotias, Honorable VC Dr. K Mallikharjuna Babu, Honorable PVC Dr. Avadhesh Kumar, Registrar Dr. Nitin Gaur, Director CPDD Manisha Madam, and Dean SCSE Dr. Munish for their invaluable guidance, supervision, and support. A special thanks goes to Honorable Chancellor Suneel Galgotia for graciously sharing his time, spending 5 hours with the alumni, and enjoying their accomplishments and profiles.
