As part of an experiential learning approach, students of the School of Hospitality and Tourism (SOHT) at Galgotias University actively participated in hands-on restaurant operations at the university's Galgotias Restaurant. Under the expert mentorship of Prof. (Dr.) Vikas Singh, students took on key responsibilities in food and beverage service, showcasing their understanding and application of theoretical knowledge in a professional setting.
