Podcast Interview with Mr. Sharad K Upadhyay, General Manager, Crowne Plaza Greater Noida

On March 12th, 2025, the students of the School of Hotel Management had the esteemed opportunity to interview Mr. Sharad K Upadhyay, the General Manager of Crowne Plaza Greater Noida, for an exclusive podcast. The session was conducted by two Bachelor of Hotel Management students, Ms. Navya and Ms. Sakshi, who engaged Mr. Upadhyay in an insightful discussion about his inspiring journey in the hospitality industry.

The podcast interview was organized to provide students with a real-world perspective on leadership, career progression, and the dynamic nature of the hospitality industry. Mr. Upadhyay, with his vast experience and deep understanding of the hotel business, shared valuable insights into his professional journey and the lessons he learned along the way.

Mr. Upadhyay began the conversation by reflecting on his early days in the industry. He shared how his passion for hospitality led him to pursue a career in hotels and how he steadily climbed the ranks through dedication and perseverance.
