Event brief description – The Department of Mechanical Engineering at Galgotias Polytechnic successfully organized an engaging and insightful Personality Development Program (PDP) on Corporate Decision Making on May 21st, 2025. The session aimed to enhance the decision-making abilities, critical thinking, and soft skills of students—key competencies required in today’s corporate world. The program was conducted by Mr. Mayank Pushkar, Aptitude & Soft Skill Trainer from Shape My Skills Pvt. Ltd., a renowned organization in training and skill development. With his rich experience in soft skills training and aptitude development, Mr. Pushkar provided participants with practical insights into effective corporate decision-making processes and professional workplace behaviour.

Event Detailed Description- A PDP on Corporate Decision Making was organized by Galgotias Polytechnic on 21st May 2025, from 12 Noon onwards in Room F-106, Campus-1. The primary objective of the session was to introduce students to essential corporate decision-making skills and improve their aptitude and soft skill proficiency, preparing them for the challenges of professional environments.

The session was led by Mr. Mayank Pushkar, a highly skilled trainer from Shape My Skills Pvt. Ltd., specializing in Aptitude and Soft Skills. He engaged the students through interactive activities, real-world case studies, and practical insights into decision-making processes commonly encountered in the corporate world.

Topics covered included:
