Online Guest lecture on Introduction to Operating System

The Department of Radiology at the School of Allied Health Sciences, Galgotias University, successfully organized a guest webinar, “Introduction to Operating Systems,” on Saturday, 20th January 2025, at 7 PM onwards. The session was delivered by Dr. Ankit Gambhir, an expert in Computer Science and Engineering, who provided valuable insights into the fundamental concepts and real-world applications of operating systems in various domains.
Attendees explored key topics such as process management, memory management, file systems, multitasking, concurrency, and security mechanisms in operating systems. The webinar emphasized the critical role of operating systems in modern computing environments, including their applications in healthcare, research, and enterprise solutions.
