The Centre of Excellence in Hospitality & Culinary Arts, SOHT, Galgotias University, in collaboration with Monin India, organized an exclusive Masterclass on Trending Beverages on April 2, 2025. Monin, a globally recognized brand with a legacy of over a century, brought its expertise in artisanal beverages to this immersive learning session. 

Hands-On Learning at Its Best! Students at SOHT engaged in experiential learning, mastering Monin’s renowned range, including Le Sirop, Le Fruit, Le Crush, Le Frappé, La Sauce, and La Concentrate. The session provided them with an opportunity to experiment, innovate, and craft signature beverages while exploring diverse flavors and aromas to create unique recipes.

Guided by Industry Experts: The masterclass was conducted under the mentorship of Mr. Apoorv Chamoli (Business Development Executive) and Mr. Pawan Bhatia (Beverage Innovation Executive) from Monin India. They provided valuable industry insights and practical exposure, bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and real-world applications in the beverage industry.
