The Kala Mahotsav at Galgotias University on 7th March 2024 was a vibrant celebration of art, culture, and diversity. The event commenced with our National Anthem followed by the Zimbabwe National Anthem by our international students, instilling a sense of unity and patriotism. Distinguished visitors, including the Vice-Chancellor and Registrar, graced the occasion, adding prestige and support. A special Women's Day stall celebrated the achievements of women, while a painting stall saw enthusiastic participation from dignitaries and faculty members. The Kala Mahotsav served as a platform for cultural exchange, artistic expression, and community engagement, embodying the university's commitment to holistic development and diversity. Overall, it was a resounding success, leaving a lasting impression on all participants.

The dignitaries, including the Vice-Chancellor, Registrar, and other faculty members, inaugurated the event, cutting ribbons alongside Dean Prof Dr. Anuradha Parasar, to mark the beginning of the festivities.

One of the highlights of the event was the cultural walk led by Dean Prof Dr. Anuradha Parasar. Participants, adorned in traditional attire, walked the ramp with pride, showcasing the rich cultural heritage of India. Artistic stalls offered opportunities for self-expression, with attendees participating in activities such as tattooing, mehndi designs, and painting. The painting stall, in particular, saw enthusiastic participation from Dean Prof Dr. Anuradha Parasar, VC Prof Dr. K M Babu, Pro VC Prof. (Dr.) Avadhesh Kumar, Registrar Dr. Nitin Gaur, COE Prof. Amitabh Bhattacharya, and other faculty members, who enjoyed expressing their creativity through art.
