On April 26, 2025, the School of Computer Science and Engineering (SCSE) at Galgotias University, in collaboration with TechnoJam, hosted the Build with AI event—an initiative supported by Google for Developers under its global campaign to empower learners through community-led AI exploration.

The event served as a dynamic platform where students, developers, and professionals engaged with the evolving field of generative AI. Structured around technical talks, practical sessions, and interactive learning, the program aimed to bridge academic knowledge with real-world applications of artificial intelligence.

The agenda featured expert-led sessions from leading industry professionals: 

  •  Sourav Bera (Microsoft) – Delivered insights on building with Agentic AI and the deployment of autonomous agents.
    • Anuj Saini (RPX) – Conducted a hands-on workshop on HR chatbot development using LLMs, Google Docs, and Spreadsheets.
    • Jatin Kumar (Amazon) – Presented a session on prompt engineering titled “Build with I using AI,” emphasizing creative interaction with large models.
    • Deepansh Singh (GDG Cloud Delhi) – Introduced the GenAI trio: Model Customization Platform (MCP), App-to-App communication (A2A), and the Agent Development Kit.

Each session emphasized the real-world relevance of AI tools, equipping participants with frameworks and techniques aligned with current industry trajectories. Notably, the event drew widespread interest from across the National Capital Region, with nearly half the attendees representing institutions outside Galgotias University—reinforcing its emerging role as a regional hub for technology-driven learning.
