Dr. Ajeet Singh is a Professor and Associate Dean in the Department of Cyber Security (DCYS) at Galgotias University. He has also served as Program Chair (June 2023 – June 2025) for the B.Tech in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science (AIDS) and B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering (AI & AIML) programs in the School of Computing Science and Engineering. Dr. Singh has been associated with Galgotias University since 2022.

He earned his Ph.D. from Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University, New Delhi, India, with research focused on “Cyber Fraud Detection using a Bio-Inspired Model.” He obtained his M.Tech degree from Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology (MNNIT), Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh.

His research interests include Generative Artificial Intelligence (GAI), Adversarial Machine Learning, Deep Learning Models, Cryptography, IoT Security, Computer & Network Security, Cyber Security, and Bio-Inspired Computing. He has published numerous research papers in reputed SCI, ESCI, Scopus-indexed journals and patents.

Dr. Singh previously served as a faculty member at the School of Computing, Debre Berhan University, Ethiopia, from 2010 to 2014.
