K. Hymavathi Pavitra is currently working as Assistant Professor in School of Business. She is a NET-JRF and MBA (IIM-Raipur) qualified academician and researcher pursuing Ph.D. (thesis submitted, award awaited) in Human Resource Management (HRM) and Organizational Behavior (OB) from School of Management, Gautam Buddha University. She has diverse work experience in industry (KPMG & Cognizant) and academics (Assistant Professor in Department of Management at Noida Institute of Engineering and Technology). Her research interests are Psychological Ownership, Power Distance Orientation, and Employee Voice Behavior, and teaching interests are Organizational Behavior (OB) and Human Resource Management (HRM).
