Dr. Seema Ghanghas is currently working as an Associate Professor and Division Chair of the HR Division in the School of Business. She has a total experience of more than 13 years of teaching and Training and has been associated with Galgotias University since 2021. She is an alumnus of Harvard Business School. Dr. Seema is a prolific educator, Certified Master trainer, Certified Master Assessor, Certified POSH Trainer, researcher, and writer with a number of publications to her credit. She has conducted various workshops to make the faculties understand the National Skill Qualification Framework as an important part of NEP 2020. She has been a former member of the Workgroup responsible for imparting Vocational and Skill Education in Haryana. She has written books on Retail, Store operations. Dr. Seema has been extensively conducting workshops and corporate training programs. She is a certified content Developer too. She has also done various consultancy projects for industries of repute in the areas of Talent Management, Policies Making, Retail Operations, and Organization Development.
