School of Education organized a one day Workshop on preparing Teaching Learning Materials (TLMs). This workshop was conducted on February 7, 2020 in the university campus for B.Ed. and M.Ed. students. TLM is also known as instructional aids or audio-visual aids which facilitate a teacher in achieving the learning objectives. Teaching learning materials (TLMs) are, therefore, those tools, which are used by teachers to help learners to learn concept with easiness and efficiency. TLMs also help in bringing novelty and freshness in classroom teaching as it relieves learners from anxiety, fear and boredom. Entire workshop was divided in to three sessions. First session consisted of theoretical classification of TLM. In this session students were aware of conventional, non conventional and new age TLM&rsquos. Second session included hands on practice where each student prepared one chart on their pedagogy subject and flash card or clue cards. In third session each student gave a short presentation of their prepared teaching learning materials and its use in classroom. This workshop was jointly conducted by Dr. Anamika Chauhan and Ms. Navita Malik.
