Galgotias University, School of Nursing organised Tele- Medicine Workshop in collaboration with Institute of Liver and Biliary Sciences, ILBS/ ECHO. Project ECHO (Extension of Community Health Care Outcome) is an innovative education model that uses zoom video conferencing for ongoing education to prepare high quality care providers to tackle health problem of our country.

8 Hours workshop on viral hepatitis via tele medicine approach attended by 187 nursing students and 18 faculties. Started with registration, inaugural and lamp lighting and a motivational speech delivered by our Pvc Dr Pradeep Kumar, Dean planning Dr. Avadesh Kumar and Dean Prof. Ashia Qureshi. Before educative session online pretest of knowledge assessed. Each session was well informed by experts on viral hepatitis, types, causes, signs and symptoms , diagnosis, management and prevention followed by active questions and answer session. On line Post test knowledge was assessed and found to be increased . At the end certification ceremony was held by Dean School of Nursing
