Master of Physiotherapy (M.P.T.)
The Masters Degree in Physiotherapy is a two year program consisting of Classroom teaching, self academic activities and clinical postings. In the first year, students learn aboutfundamentalbasis of Physiotherapy subjects,Research Methodology & Biostatistics, Biomechanics. In the second year,the students learn about the clinical conditions, physiotherapy assessmentand advancedtechniques in their specialty.During these two years, the students will be posted in theirarea of specialty. The learning program includes seminars, journal reviews, casepresentations, case discussions and classroom teaching. To fulfill their course completion, the students arerequired to complete and submit their dissertation.

Core Modules
The course subjects will include Basic Sciences, Research Methodology & Biostatistics, Biomechanics, Exercise Physiology, Ergonomics, Ethics & Management, Physical and Functional Diagnosis and Physiotherapeutics. Electives include a. Musculoskeletal Disorders and Sports b. Neurological and Psychosomatic Disorders c. Cardio-Respiratory Disorders d. Community Rehabilitation

Bachelor of Physiotherapy with 50% marks
