Dr. Rupali has completed her Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from Kumaun University,Nainital(UK) 2017.She did her Masters in Applied and Clinical Psychology from M.J.P.Rohilkhand University, Bareilly(UP)(2006).She has done One year Internship during Post Graduation at Mental Hospital, Bareilly (2005-2006) She has completed Post Graduation Diploma in Forensic Anthropology from Univesity of Lucknow in 2004 and done graduation from University of Lucknow (2003). Before joining the academics ,She has worked in neuropsychiatric hospital (UP & UK) as a mental health professional where she does Psychological testing, Psychotherapeutic intervention, her skill and experience in Counseling, Personality Tests, Psychological Assessment, Psychological Testing, Psychopathology, Treatment, Mental Illness, Behavioral Psychology, Clinical Assessment, Health Psychology, Motivational Interviewing, Psychology of Adolescence & research in mental health. She has worked as a Research field officer in ICMR funded research project, under the title of An epidemiological study of the prevalence of neuropsychiatric disorder and cognitive disorders in rural elderly population (3rdMarch2008 to 28rd feb 2010.) at King George's Medical University, Department of Geriatric Mental Health, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, She has 6yrs Teaching & Research Experience. She has been a Life Associates Members of Indian Association for Geriatric Mental Health. She got special training of SPYM organized by National Institute of Social Defense Delhi on the topic “Basics of Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment” She has attended various workshop and conferences. Presently her 21 research paper published in various National and International journals and 7 papers presented in various national seminar.

She has two major teaching approaches the first is to provide students with a rich understanding to psychological concept. She wants to understand the implications of psychology in multi-disciplinary. Her secondary approach is to develop students’ critical innovative and self-sufficient learning. These skills transcend the field of psychology and can be applied by students pursing any career, not just psychology majors.
