About Program: Provide a backbone in all the traditional branches of physical, inorganic, organic and analytical chemistry. M.Sc. in Chemistry
This course imparts basic and applied knowledge in the various branches in Chemistry with an aim to produce good academics, researchers and professionals in the field. Master’s degree course in chemistry deals with the studies of the chemistry and its applications in various fields. It basically deals with atoms and other particles like Electron, Proton and Neutron. It mainly deals with the chemical aspects of the various elements and its properties and utilizations. It includes the studies and research in the fields of Nuclear Chemistry, Nuclear power plants and about the surrounding elements and elements which are under the earth. It imparts knowledge of concepts like molecules matter & energy, fundamental chemistry for physical scientists and bio scientists, biochemistry, drug chemistry, chemical reactions and chemical skills.

Eligibility Notes: A Master's degree from a recognized Indian University or any other equivalent degree to the satisfaction of the Academic Council of the University, in the relevant field, with not less than 55% marks in aggregate or 6.0 CGPA on a 10 point scale or equivalent.
