Recruitment Feedback

• There has been continuous & marked improvement in recruitment numbers year on year , indicating an improvement in quality & performance of students.
• Year 2008-09 saw a 7.5 time increase in the recruitment numbers, indicating a drastic improvement in performance.
• The year 2010-11 saw a two times increase in the recruitment number, the recruitment numbers had crossed 200 figures.
• Year 2011-12 saw the numbers improving further crossing the 300 benchmark.

General feedback about the overall experience during the recruitment process

• The students were found to be very enthusiastic & at the same time well disciplined.
• They conducted themselves well during the recruitment process & were able to express themselves.
• The interview conversions have been as high as 88.5%( 2012 batch) , indicating an overall good student quality.

Training Feedback

• The Year 2008-09 saw a dramatic improvement in the training performance of the students taking the percentage of Top Performers +High Performers from 33% to 80.3%,which shows a marked improvement in the student performance from this college
• The training performance of the students has been over all good & has been steadily going up year on year.
