Damage to University property due to act of vandalism, or provoking others to cause damage, defacement of walls, theft, or otherwise tampering with equipment.

Disciplinary action: The disciplinary committee shall impose the necessary sanctions which may include payment of the cost of the repair or replacement of damaged goods.
