The University is located in the city of Greater Noida in the State of Uttar Pradesh. It is approx 50 kms from the Capital New Delhi.

With this in mind, GU has created an Office of International Relations. This office is a catalyst in transforming GU into a global entity by linking GU with overseas universities of repute through faculty and student exchange programmes. The International Office will make GU a “home away from home” by taking care of the special needs of international students and visiting faculty so they feel welcome here and enjoy their experience at GU and in India.
The objectives of the International Office at GU are to:
- Encourage and welcome international students to study at GU,
- Initiate and maintain cooperation with international institutions,
- Invite eminent faculty from abroad,
- Promote faculty and student exchange,
- Initiate joint academic and research programmes,
- Provide support to international students in all matters including immigration formalities
