BBA Logistics and Supply chain Management
The BBA program has been developed to prepare students to meet the requirements of organizations in the Logistics & Supply Chain Management sector so as to have a fundamental knowledge of the business operations as well as an understanding of the practical application of the concepts in the chosen areas of Logistics & Supply Chain Management domain.
- DURATION: 3 years
The program covers the whole field of supply chain management including, buying, inventory control, supplier development, customer service, logistics and distribution. The program includes a wide variety of teaching and learning strategies including lectures and seminars, workbooks and other open learning approaches, hands-on training, case studies, directed learning, visits and visiting speakers, problem solving sessions and student presentations.
12 th Pass in Any Stream with minimum 50%
The domestic logistics industry which is estimated to generate business worth 135 billion dollars by 2020 would need 4,30,000 skilled manpower by 2020. BBA graduates can join as Analyst, Customer Service Manager, International Logistics Manager, Inventory Control Manager, Logistics Manager, Materials Manager, Production Manager, Purchasing Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Systems Support Manager, Transportation Manager, Vendor Managed Inventory Coordinator and Warehouse Operations Manager.
