The preliminary professional module, combined with on campus education in the given curriculum with on the job training in hotel ensures that the students can deal with the operational issues in real life setting and are now ready to embark on rigorous business school teaching.
At the completion of the studies students are educated, trained and motivated to do most of the tasks involved in keeping a hotel running smoothly. And most importantly the students are encouraged to think critically, analyze a business situation, evaluate alternatives, find solutions and implement decisions.
